Breathe new life into inherited furniture. We repair joints, refinish surfaces, replace damaged legs, and stabilise wobbly tables while preserving their character and patina.

Our Story

Born from a Love of Real Wood

Hand craft  started in 2018 when founder Msutukazi left a career in graphic design and bought a second-hand bandsaw and a stack of kiaat  offcuts. What began as weekend projects for friends quickly grew into a full-time craft studio nestled on the outskirts of Gautenf.

We believe the best furniture doesn't just fill a room — it anchors it. It develops a patina over time, holds the marks of shared meals and late-night conversations, and becomes more beautiful with age.
